MEet the team
Celia is an NLP Master and Transformation Coach, dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and lead with confidence. A seasoned Business Educator specialising in Strategy, Operations, Leadership, and Management, she combines coaching expertise with academic rigour. She holds an MBA and is currently pursuing a PhD exploring inclusive coaching approaches in higher education.
With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning the UK, Middle East, and USA, Celia has held high-profile roles in organisations such as Microsoft and the Saudi Government.
As a Master NLP and Transformation Coach, she has dedicated more than a decade to empowering women to unlock their full potential and step into their power - thriving in every aspect of life, career, and wellness.
Sarah is a seasoned business educator in Business and HRM with over 17 years of experience in higher education. A Business Educator with a specialism in Human Resource Management and Leadership, she holds an MSc in HRM and is a qualified coach, currently completing her PhD with a focus on authenticity, power, and voice in higher education.
Sarah brings deep insight into people development and leadership practice, and is passionate about helping others grow. As co-creator of Sisterhood for Success, she is driven by a vision to uplift, empower, and connect women at all stages of life and leadership.
She believes that real growth happens when women support each other with honesty, care, and boldness - and that we are at our most powerful when we feel seen and truly supported.

We’re based in the North East of England, currently hosting events in Sunderland and surrounding areas, with some online options too.
I’m nervous about coming alone. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many women attend their first event solo and leave with genuine new connections. Our community is warm, welcoming, and inclusive - you’ll never feel out of place.
Can I work with you 1:1 as well as joining events?
